What we collect

Only what you choose to send: your name, phone, email, city, your message, and — if you use the estimator — the roofline you traced, its footage and the price shown. Each enquiry is stamped with the page it came from and how you reached the site (for example an advert or a search), so we know what is working.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, confirm your estimate and schedule installation. Your details are shared with our DFW installation partner solely so they can measure, install and service your lighting. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

The estimator

The feet you type and any photo you trace stay in your browser. Nothing is sent to us until you press “Lock quote” or “Send work order” — then we receive your footage, your contact details and (if you traced one) a small copy of your photo. The Google Earth and Street View buttons open Google's own sites in a new tab, under Google's terms; we don't load Google on this site.

Payments

The $10 quote lock is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

The assistant

Questions typed into the on-site assistant are processed to produce an answer and are not used to identify you.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies. Your browser keeps a short note of how you arrived and your current trace for the length of your visit only.
