Permanent lighting replaces the yearly ladder ritual with a system that lives on the house. A slim aluminium track — chosen from more than a hundred profiles and colours to match your fascia and soffit — is fixed under the eave. Each LED is installed individually behind it with waterproof connectors and spaced to suit your roofline, so the light washes down the wall rather than glaring out at the street.
By day the track reads as part of the trim. At night you decide what the house looks like: a soft warm white that flatters brick and stone on an ordinary Tuesday, red and green in December, orange in October, red-white-and-blue in July, or your team's colours on game day.
Line two · $15 per foot, up and down
Not ready for a permanent system, or love the look of classic bulbs? We hang commercial-grade string lights along your roofline — straight, tight and evenly spaced — then come back after the season to take everything down. You keep your weekends and stay off the roof.

Installation
We confirm your measured footage on the house and agree the final layout and track colour with you.
Colour-matched channel is fixed under the eave, following every gable and return.
LEDs are set one by one, wiring is hidden, and the controller is connected.
We set up the app on your phone, build your first schedule and hand over the warranty.
Installation, service and warranty work are carried out by our local DFW partner crew — more than ten years on Metroplex rooflines.
Questions & answers
Permanent smart roofline lighting is $35.00 per linear foot, fully installed. That one number covers the app-controlled LEDs, the colour-matched aluminium track, the power supplies and professional installation. There are no hidden fees. Most DFW homes trace out between 150 and 250 feet.
Christmas and seasonal string lights are $15.00 per linear foot. That covers the lights, the installation and the take-down after the season. Use the Instant Estimate page and flip the toggle to Christmas to see your own number.
The aluminium track is colour-matched to your fascia and mounts under the eave, so from the street it is practically invisible by day. Many DFW HOAs accept that. Every HOA is different, so check your own guidelines — we supply the spec sheets and photos you need for the submission.
10 years on the track channel and the LEDs, and 5 years on the power supplies. If a light ever fails, the section is replaced within 48 business hours.
Tracing your roof and seeing your price is free. If you like the number, $10 locks that quote and reserves an install slot. The $10 is credited to your job, or refunded if we can't install.
Measuring in Google Earth is typically within 10% of the final footage. We confirm the measurement on site before any work starts, and your price follows the confirmed footage at the same per-foot rate.
A local DFW partner crew with more than ten years of exterior installation experience handles the installation, the service calls and the warranty work. You never climb a ladder.
Everything runs from a phone app: a soft warm white for every evening, any colour you like, holiday schedules that switch on by themselves, and team colours for game day.
